Happy Valentine's Day (from my G/F)

To My Sweet Heart

To be in Love makes you
feel that each and every thing
in this universe is in luv,
trees are thirsty for the love
of the sky, they raises themself
high in the hope that soon
they will turn wet from dry
Each wave in the sea flows
in order to touch the sea shore,
just its little touch tranquils her so much
that she refuses to go away from him,
and so she comes again and again
and sea shore allows her every time
to take some part of him
I dont know what people
mean by love or is there any
definition of love but,
one thing i know is that
when your eyes hold me
when your steady lips say an essay
when your smile makes me happy
when your caring nature brings green tears
YES ! this is love
This is love which you have brought
in mylife: a reason to smile.
I am really lucky to have a
person like you in MY LIFE..

Book Review: Mediocre But Arrogant (M.B.A)

Mediocre But Arrogant, by Abhijit Badhuri, in itself is a kind of book which can soon develope an interest into reading, of a young mind. The book has in it, all the spices, which would make a college guy like me, enjoy it. Throught out the book, author has talked about the life of this guy called Abbey who considers his getting into a premier management college just an act of serendipity. He is, basically an unambitious kind of guy who takes life with ease. He has no different, then a typical guyish kind of a character, running after ever hot chik in the college, dominating and self centered. Given above traits its needless to mention that it was difficult for him to maintain releations in life. Writing style of author has been as if you are actually listening to the conversation. It is well reflected in the way he writes dialougs of bongs with a flovour of indian accent in it. The book shows how the central character develops his relations with three different kinds of girl and how does he keeps switching from one to another as per the situation in which he is.
Inspite of the fact that our central character is loose in maintaining in his relationships, I found my self pleading to author, before reaching to second last page, for a happy ending.

I have found the story very interesting because i could easily relate myself to most of the things in the book like a typical hostel life, having a common group language in the college, same placement scenerio, similar professors, same old thing of writing a term paper, and I think most of us (Like we in I.I.T and Abbey in M.I.J) would have a similar life style.

I wish to write more but http://iamalluring.blogspot.com to company him to the canteen. Ne ways hope you too enjoy reading the book

cheers

Why ablution-is-the-need...?

Vipul some of your friends have asked you why ablution-is-the-need .....?
i will take my freedom to answer this question hope you wont deny to your "Self"

The word ablution find its origin from a latin word abluere which means to wash away.

Basically it means the washing of one's body part or part of it (as in a religious rite)

Ablution was practised
(1.) When a person was initiated into a higher state.
(2.) Before the priests approached the altar of God, they were required,on pain of death, to wash their hands and their feet to cleanse them from the soil of common life.
(3.) There were washings prescribed for the purpose of cleansing from positive defilement contracted by particular acts.
(4.) A fourth class of ablutions is mentioned, by which a person purified or absolved himself from the guilt of some particular act.
For example, the elders of the nearest village where some murder was committed were required, when the murderer was unknown, to wash their hands over the expiatory heifer which was beheaded, and in doing so to say, "Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it" . So also Pilate declared himself innocentof the blood of Jesus by washing his hands. This act of Pilate may not, however, have been borrowed from the custom of the Jews. The same practice was common among the Greeks and Romans. The Pharisees carried the practice of ablution to great excess, thereby claiming extraordinary purity .The Pharisees washed their hands "oft," more correctly, "with the fist" , or as an oldfather, Theophylact, explains it, "up to the elbow."

Through this Blog Vipul takes an initiative to clean his soul from the gulits and Sins before he initiate into a higher state by making a confession about it. He thinks that, this is what every one on this earth is in need of, an ablution, therefore the "ablution-is-the-need" .
